This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service. It defines how YinPsi and WhatsApp messaging may and may not be used. Violations can lead to suspension or termination.
1. WhatsApp Messaging Rules
You must
- Obtain opt-in consent before sending WhatsApp messages.
- Use Meta-approved templates for business-initiated conversations.
- Honor opt-out requests within 24 hours.
- Respond within Meta's 24-hour service window.
- Maintain a healthy WABA quality rating (Green or Yellow).
- Accurately represent your business identity.
You must not
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
- Purchase, rent, or scrape phone number lists.
- Message numbers that have not opted in.
- Use deceptive templates or misleading business names.
- Send content violating Meta's Commerce Policy.
- Bypass conversation-window restrictions or quality ratings.
2. Prohibited Content
Do not send:
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Phishing, malware, or scam content.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Content harmful to minors.
- Content promoting illegal activity.
- Impersonation of another business or person.
- MLM / pyramid-scheme promotions.
3. Platform Security
Do not:
- Access other customers' data or workspaces.
- Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without consent (responsible disclosure is welcome at security@yinpsi.com).
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
- Intentionally overload or disrupt the Service.
- Share API keys or access tokens with unauthorized parties.
