This policy explains how to cancel, when refunds apply, and what happens to your data afterward. The short version: cancel any time with no fees, keep access through the period you paid for.
1. Cancellation
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email billing@yinpsi.com.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Your workspace remains fully functional until the end of the paid period.
- There are no cancellation fees.
2. Refunds
Subscription charges
- No pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
- Cancel on day 5 and you retain access for the remaining ~25 days.
Billing errors
- Email billing@yinpsi.com within 14 days of the charge.
- Include your registered email, the charge amount, and the date.
- We review within 5 business days; valid refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Duplicate charges
Meta conversation fees
- Billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account — not by YinPsi.
- YinPsi cannot refund Meta's charges.
- Contact Meta Business Support for Meta billing disputes.
AI overage charges
- Non-refundable.
- Set overage caps from Settings → AI Usage to control spend.
4. Reactivation
- Within 30 days: resubscribe to restore your workspace with all data intact.
- After 30 days: data is deleted and a new workspace is required.
