Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your entire account

• Log in to your YinPsi dashboard.
• Go to Settings → General → Danger Zone.
• Click "Delete Workspace".
• Confirm by typing your workspace name.
• Your subscription is cancelled immediately.
• All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Delete specific data

• Delete contacts: Contacts → select → Delete (immediate).
• Delete conversations: deleted automatically when the associated contact is deleted.
• Delete templates: Templates → select → Delete (immediate).
• Delete AI knowledge base: Settings → AI Agent → Knowledge Base → Delete.
• Export before deletion: Settings → General → Export Data (CSV / JSON).

Request deletion via email

Email privacy@yinpsi.com from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

• Include your workspace name and registered email.
• We process the request within 30 days.
• You receive a confirmation email once complete.

If you were messaged by a business using YinPsi:

• Contact the business directly — they are the Data Controller for your conversation.
• Or email privacy@yinpsi.com with the phone number you were messaged on and the business name (if known).
• We will notify the business and process the request within 30 days.

If you used Facebook Login:

• Revoke access from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Revoking access disconnects Facebook but doesn't delete your YinPsi data.
• To delete your workspace data, follow the account-deletion steps above.

After processing your request, we send a confirmation email within 30 days. If you have not received it, email privacy@yinpsi.com and we will follow up.
